Co-founder of the Marine Breeding Initiative (MBI) and the operator of Fishtal Propagations based in Michigan, Tal is sought after in regards to his research and knowledge of captive breeding.

Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State University and co-manages Penn State’s Aquarium, Sanjay is an award winning publisher of marine articles and sought after for international speaking engagements.

For those that does not know Sanjay, he's the leading LED expert on reef lighting these days, so don't miss your chance to drill his brain.
For anybody that is involved in Marine Captive breeding, Tal is one of the greatest resources around these days.
