    limpet snail

    i got some nice shots so i thought id post them, i believe this is a limpet snail. at first i thought they where barnacles but they are snails, very slow snails!

    What lighting are you using? What skimmer are you using? Calcium Reactor? Calcium level: 450

    Fish and Inverts: false clown,black clown, striped damsel, jaw fish , chalk bass, algae blennie, ornate leopard wrasse Corals: mushrooms, lps, zoas and monties

    Would you happen to know if these snails are good / bad for a regular reef tank. don't see to many of them coming to stores, but do come across them while snorkelling down south. Your views appreciated.

    ALK level: Not Sure Ammonia: 6 PPM Nitrate: 7 PPM Nitrite: 2 PPM
    What lighting are you using? What skimmer are you using? Calcium Reactor? Calcium level: Not sure
    T5's set of 6 H&S 120 with Aquabee punmp. No I am not using one.
    Fish and Inverts: Just have one purple damsel and a brittle star. Corals: Assorted zoos.
    Other Equipment: Zira 265 power pump. 3 Return tunzie's.
