    If your intention is to introduce more micro fauna/pods back to display tank then I would suggest positioning the socks right under the down flow PVC from your display tank. This way you get to trap all detritus without impending/restricting the growth of your micro fauna & thus pushing as much copepods back into the main system.

    The tank is now in its new home!!! The tank was put in place and the wall unit was built around it.

    The sump /refuge/frag tank should be coming in tomorrow.

    Hopefully this can all be plumber together quickly.

    Other Equipment: Geo Carbon reactor, GEO Kalkwasser reactor, Bubble Magus 3 doser, Apex Controller Other Information: reef was set up this past October...new set up...1/3 the size of my last tank...loving it but miss the 13 tangs that I had! and miss the 8ft length I had. This one is sooo easier to maintain however...cakewalk.

    Corals will be similar to my 150 I had. It'll be a mixed reef but SPS dominated.. my wife likes the soft flowing corals....
