How do you use this feature.....

Within any Classified Ad - you will see:
Add to Watch List

This allows you to watch (remember) and item you have under consideration...and come back to it later.

Within any Classifieds screen - you will find:
My Ads | My Watch List

at the top. Clicking on the My Watch List link will show you the ads you are watching.
