I do have a picture of the mushroom but am not sure how to place it here. Anyway I have a mushroom that has died. Should I remove or leave it.
I do have a pic in my photo gallery

theres an attach file section in the reply page.. you can attach a picture there..
as for the mushroom.. any mushroom ive lost.. pretty much melted into a pile of goo.. if you can get the picture up then someone might be able to respond with a way of saving it..

if its that white dot.. its definitely bleached.. but with the pic its hard to say how dead it actually is..
never seen a shroom that bleached.. had one that was a really really light pink color that came back after a few months..

Yeah that dot is the mushroom. It has a bit of green left in it but it's fading fast. The other two mushrooms on the rock are perfectly healthy. Could the mushroom give off toxins while it's dying?

if it is slimy and smells bad probably it is dead. yes when it is dead it is no good for water parameters.
