Sorry guys! In last poll the winner was the midas blenny, but I decided to do the yellow tang first and then the midas.
Here it is!
Yellow tang:
This fish is also known as:
-Yellow tang
-Yellow sailfin tang
-yellow sturgeonfish
The yellow tangs are found throughout Hawaii to Indonesia and the Great Barrier Reef.
In the wild the tang feeds off of algae and small inverts. In captivity they can be fed a varied diet high in beta-carotene and vitamin C, and low in protein matter to keep it’s bright colouration.
These fish are great to add to any aquarium, reef or fish only, but may be territorial with its own species if not given enough swimming space.
These fish can be put with:
-angels
-anglers
-frogs
-anthias
-basslets
-blennies
-boxfish
-butterflies
-cardinals
-cromis
-clownfish
-damsels
-dartfish
-dragonettes
-Eels
-filefish
-gobies
-groupers
-grunts
-sweetlips
-jawfish
-hawkfish
-hogfish
-lions
