I will be purchasing a new skimmer in the very near future, I am looking for product reviews and opinions on the different skimmers on the market. I am looking for a skimmer that will handle a 180 possibly two joined at the sump.
My wallet is not very deep:D somewhere around the 500 to 800 range.

MY two first choice are Becket and euroreef

I tink you should stick whith one of those. You could have a Canreef for 650$ Can or a My Reef for 250$ US plus a mag 18 to run them 215$ can

For the euroreef Jeff exotic sell them and he even have a copy sheaper from what I have heard. For a 180 your CS-8 24-or 30 if you have the room

I have heard from AJ in the past that he could cary the My reef I dont know if he as been able to agree whit Andy

Good luck

Go with a Beckett skimmer. I have a EuroReef 8-2. I am not impressed with the EuroReef. I have a 36" LifeReef Beckett Skimmer and it blows the EuroReef away hands down.

Stephane has a good skimmer. She has had great results with the beckett and I think you will too.

Good Luck.

I am American. We are known for our ignorance. Sorry Man, I won't make that mistake again.

Nice skimmer by the way.
