Just wanted to address a problem that we have had here.
I would like to publicly apologize for the delay in replying to many people this past week. Our e-mail server came under attack from the virus known as W32.Klez.E@mm, and we have been trying to isolate and repair the infection(s). We have not had our e-mail up and running for much of the week due to this issue, to try to prevent any spreading of the virus on our part. Due to this problem - I have been working night and day to fix this problem, and my response time to my valued customers has suffered.
I can't apologize enough for the inconvenience this has caused many of you, but assure you that we will make it up to you one way or the other!
