I bought a used berlin skimmer( thanks D) and it was missing the manual.
I emailed Red Sea to find out where in Canada I could get a Manual and also a little nipple that was missing.
They got back to me the next day to request my mailing address so they could mail me out the two items at no charge:P

Now that is good customer support !

where did you direct your enquiry? I was having some problems when I bought my second of two Berlins new and did not know where to direct my questions to the American office or Israel.
