So I have a well and a couple times a year like now I get some ground water in my well and my water starts to stink so I add a couple of gallons of bleach to the well a week later I change all the filters because I know there is bacteria growing in there I clean my uv light etc. my question will the bleach hurt my ro unit if so I will just shut it down for a couple of weeks and/or will the ro unit remove this for use in my aquarium or at this concentration is it nothing to worry about.

BTW I have done the math my well holds roughly 300g of water at a time when full

Just shut-off the water supply to your RO unit....then remove ALL filter cartridges including the RO Membrane, and reseal the empty canisters again.

Let the unit run until you cannot SMELL bleach from the output of ANY of the 3 lines...and then you're safe to replace the filters once again...and your unit is steralized too.

HTH,
