Flavio,

I was in your store today for the first time and would like to thank you for taking the time to talk with me about my tank. I was impressed with your selection of corals and am happy to inform you the snails and shrimps I bought seem to be doing fine in their new 55 gal. home.

I have a question about the calcium/alkalinity kit I bought. I tested my water before adding anything and found the calcium to be at 420-440 ppm. If I recall, this seems to be in line with what should be aimed for. Considering that it is at this level without me having done any dosing, do I really need this kit now? Im sure I will need it eventually when I have enough corals but I plan to add things slowly am not sure it will be needed for a while.

Let me know what you think. Thanks again for your help,

David

Just tagging along to say I was at ORG for the first time today, too. Nice corals, yum! Got some live rock, woohoo! Now if only I could aquascape worth a darn, my critters are going to hate me moving everything around untill I'm happy with it.
