Tim,
In about 3 years when it is 6 feet long and you can't get near it without it eating you, you could make nice boots out of it.

Try Grant at the Port Credit Pet Centre, in Mississauga, he is a reptile specialist, but he won't give you that kind of cash for it. He is wholesale.

Tim - Didn't you say the guy who sold it to you would support you? Won't he take it back now?

I have to agree with Paul; there was a thread where you mentioned your son wanted this and some people thought it was a bad decision/etc... but you were adamant about it, and now your trying to sell it 2months later?

can i be ur son? :) ehehhehe

Selling this animal will NOT be a problem..they are actually
hard to find from what I can see....The right buyer will snap
this critter up almost as fast as the critter will snap the buyer up! hahahahahaha

Thanks for the site Geo...it does not work though?

Thanks for your concern and comments people..
It really is not a big problem..>I am actually gonna miss
the little bugger....he is soooooo fast and such an incredible
predator you really cannot understand till ya see the little
devil in action...NO WONDER they have stood the test of time.

"no"

Tim

Steve'socean...ya know..I always have gone by
the rule that if I did not have something nice to
say on someone's posting of something for sale
then I would say NOTHING.

I really think it was totally uncalled for you posting
the WHOLESALE price of this animal on the board.
If you were serious of offering $85 ( and I do not
think you are) then why not PM it to me instead of
trashing my posting this way....

Funny I paid $300Cdn for this one and they brought in
another one and it sold immediately for $300 also...
so....whatever your WHOLESALE PRICE is I am sure
you are not flipping them for that! Is that including
freight? Funny..all the Americans who have them in
their backyard are paying $150 USA FOR THEM....

I am not calling you a liar though

I wasn't trying to be rude Tim. Just seen your post and thought I'd make you an offer for what I purchase them for. And you're right, if I bought that off you for $85, I am going to sell it for at least $299. I guess we can all agree that lfs owners like myself, hobbyists, mail order sites, wholesalers and traders in this hobby and/or industry will always be at odds over this "price issue" that sometimes plagues us. Good luck with the sale of your beautiful reptile. Regards......Steve
