I just wanted to let everyone know that Mitch from Inter-American Pet Supplies called me back today, and AquariumPros.ca is now officially carrying his line of custom tanks!!!

Anyone interested in a custom built tank or just purchasing a FANTASTIC tank...you will want to look into Mitch's tanks! Beautiful isn't the word. We hope to be getting regular shipments in, so the shipping should be able to be reduced for all.

Just thought that I would share some good news!

Also...our Real web-site went into design today...so look for TONS of changes coming in the next 2 weeks!!!

Great news AJ. I have heard fantastic things about the tanks from Inter-American, specifically their Starphire(sp?) glass tanks.

While I'm not in the market for a new tank (yet), it's good to know I've got a Canadian supplier now!

I've been trying to be positive or at least keep quiet when it comes to Inter-America, but I just can't anymore. While Mitch may make a nice tank his customer service is not up to par.

I've been waiting 5 MONTHS for a tank from IA with nothing but excuses. Maybe Aquariumpro's will have the buying power to get better service, but right now I could not in good faith recommend IA to anyone.

I know that Mitch has been SWAMPED lately, and has been hard to get in touch with...but I also know what his business ethics are, and this really isn't normal. If you send me this info...I will call Mitch personally and try to get things rectified ASAP for you.

Sorry for your troubles, and I really hope to be able to help.
