Hi Guys
I just picked up this beauty this afternoon. The pics were taken just minutes after putting it into my tank under VHO lighting. Anyone care to venture what species it is. Could it possibly be an Acropora tortuosa?

Hi Chris
The guys at Reef Central are telling me it's not a tortuosa. The search continues.

Congrats. It's a beauty.
Andy, that is definitely not a Tortosa but It resembles more of A.Formosa, hopefully the whole thing will turn blue as some that I've seen.

Beauty mate!! Wow, that is one SWEET acro Andy. Yours is nice too Red Sea. I'm really starting to like these. I never really understood the fascination with acros when I first started. Then you see more and more and they grow on you as time goes on. This is a disease isn't it. We just keep getting deeper and deeper under their control.
