I think it would be safe to say that a Tang would not be a suitable fish for that tank. I wonder if water changes are done with an eye dropper :)

I was going to do the same thing, and do daily 50% water changes from my main tank. See how it worked, I keep my room at like 80 degrees so the temp isn't a problem.
