Likely due to the spaces in the URL. In order for the browser to parse them, it inserts the %20 as placeholders for the space.

For future reference Ken - you should use hyphens or underscores instead of spaces. ie. http://www.seaumarine.com/Weekend_specials/Instock_Marine_fish_Dec30-31_2011_Sales_list.pdf. This would remove ALL spaces, and allow proper parsing.

*NOTE - the link I just placed is an EXAMPLE and will not work.
