Just make sure you read all the shipping and handeling info for this seller to avoind any inconvenience for4 the seller and yourself

I bid on a item with this seller and tried to use my own UPS account for shipping but he did not want to do it that way unless I paid a fee for handeling

I am guessing that they work on a very small margin and depand on these fees to make a buck

I must say that the guy was a bit tough and lets see a bit too frank for my liking ( one of his emails was rude)

HOWEVER HE DID RETURN THE MONEY AS I HAD REQUESTED WITHOUT UNDUE DELAY

Deal with him for sure but make sure that you understand all their terms and conditions

I bought one of their 100 gallon with faucet and tank a few months ago. I also ordered their TDS meter and a box ofreplacement filters for 321$ all taxes and shipping included. I did not want to bid for it so I paid full price, but negotiated the price on the phone when I ordered.

I bought the 100 GPD reef unit and it arrived quick, no hidden costs either. The unit is working well and I currently have it hooked up to the Kent RO shut off kit which working like a charm. I would recommend it. PS, buy the replacement filters when you buy the unit - otherwise you will blow an extra $30 US later when you order them (shipping of replacement filters is free when you order the unit).

I ordered a 75gpd a long time ago and am still very happy with it.

Ed (the guy who runs it) is nice enough via email but I have found him to be a bit curt (not rude mind you). On the phone however, he's a super nice guy and he's answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

I would suspect he gets a truckload of emails daily and that's why he can sometimes come off as rude/curt. Whenever I deal with him I've been nothing but happy.

As an aside, and a HEADS UP, I purchased a dead kent RO unit from Mitchell not too long ago so I could use the clear housings but unfortunately they don't fit the Aquasafe unit. I contacted Ed about buying a new RO membrane (100gpd) so I'm going to move my 75gpd membrane onto this unit from Mitchell and then sell it. I'm not sure what I'll sell it for because I haven't gotten the bill for the new membrane, etc. but it should be under $150 for an RO unit with a membrane that's less than a year old.
