Isaw a couple of bubble algae under a rock I never had this kind of problem, so what du you guys suggest to get rid of it???

An Emerald crab or two should do the trick. Another way is to use a length of small dia tubing, about 3/8", start a syphon and use the end of the tubing to "suck" out the bubbles. You'll find some are firmly attached. Try to avoid breaking the bubbles as they can release spores which results in more bubbles.

Whichever way you decide just make sure to keep them (bubble algae) in check or they can overrun your tank.
