ApeX, that's a Dragon Wrasse. Google it to make sure it is compatible with your system. They are not reef safe.

DaveSolo, you will want to wait a lot longer before putting a Mandarin in your tank. I have lots of copepods in my tank and I'm still waiting until the tank is a year old before putting one in and my tank is a 125 with 55 gallon sump. With a 30 gallon, you may starve the fish to death due to a low supply of pods.

With a newly setup 30 gallon tank, the best bet is to get a tank rasied one.

You may want to wait until the middle of next year before looking for Mandarin. Do some research on getting mandarins to eat frozen and dry foods.

Ken,

Any chance of getting some pictures of the Queen Angels that you brought in.

It would be great to have some eye candy ... and a great reason to make the drive.

Thanks.

Cheers,
Bruce

Please note ... I need to update my tank list so please no need to tell me that the fish to too much for a 65 gallon system.

Currently building a 590 gallon tank ... and have a 300 gallon livestock tub setup.

I was under the impression it was illegal to collect leopard sharks under 36" - not trying to stir up any controversy, just read this somewhere on reefcentral (might only be a US restriction??)

Anyone know?

Mark

PS - beautiful shipment of fish by the way

Mark, you are right about the leopard sharks info. We actually bought in the Coral Cat Shark instead of the Leopard sharks in this shipment. Thanks
