Kenzy,
I paid 50 CDN for mine full. I got it locally from a fire extinguisher supply house. And recently spent 10 CDN to get it refilled. They don't hold as much as other bottles, but they are alot cheaper.

Dman, so is it like a converted co2 fire extinguisher tank? Definately a good price. Any problems getting a regulator to fit?

Kenzy,
Yup, it's a converted fire extinguisher and almost anyplace that services fire extinguishers sells em, mostly to people that brew their own beer, pop or dope.
Wildcat,
I go to a place out in the West end called Norgard, they're in the book and are only open during regular business hours. (on Advance Blvd between Islington and Kipling South of Dundas/Bloor)
As for a regulator setup another cheapy setup, I called a plumbing supply house that specializes in Draught beer installations (SIMGO, if you go to Norgard, the guy there will set you up with a name and number)and got a regular single stage reg (the kind used for pop dispensers) and added a needle valve from FESTO.
FESTO is a little bit trickier to deal with as they have a gazzillion items and a 25 dollar min. But you can walk in off the street and pay cash. (I can dig up more info if anyone is interested) Just so happened that the last place I worked used alot of robotics and I had one lying around waiting for me ;)

Thanks Dman,
I'm going to try a couple of local places first for the tank. Hopefully I'll be able to get a decent needle valve from work, for a real good price.;)

The most cost effective way is to rent one from any welding supply shop. Most of these shops are small, simply explain to the guy what you need and viola. I currently pay $12 per year and my tank is 4 feet high, I figure I will not have to fill it for another 5 years. At the same time you get your big bottle buy the regulator from the same place, MUCH cheaper than "special" aquarium regs.
