Won't Buy
-fishnets, clips and gadgets of the sort
-fishfood ( easier to buy from LFS)
-sand and salt( difficult to ship and shipping cost is a negative)
-cheap quality test kits ( take a guess)
-small useless skimmers (Lees's, seaclone etc)

Might consider buying if the price is right
-quality protein skimmers even if they were built by a local company, saves a user the hassle of building himself.
-Co2 components

Some other things,

- Selcon, vitamin supplements;
- Perhaps, market your own quality dual Ca Reactor like Geo. and market them at a lower price then commerically available reactors like Precision Marine
- Mag, Maxijet Pumps;
- RO/DI replacements

Things to forego:
- Sumps
- Filters / UV Sterilizers
- RIO pumps
- Knop Ca Reactors
- Airpumps
- Medication (chances are it will arrive too late)
- Plastic plants and decorations (it's a saltwater tank not a FW)
- Traps (can easily be done through DIY)
- Additivies - essential elements, etc.

Basically you don't really have to offer a wide range (ie ten different protein skimmers or five different return pumps)... just carry quality products that are in high demand by reefers.

Oh, btw.. like Bryan said. Your prices have to be marketed (in drygoods) cheaper or more convenient to purchase it in Canada rather than the US.... and in Ontario instead of BC (JL Aquatics - less tax). Stifle those two problems and you may take Ontario's drygood MO market.

Glad to see that my thinking thus far is along the same lines as what you two are thinking!!
