Earlier today I wrote the WGMS council; Josh (JMANCANADIAN), Daniel (Szymek), and Mark (frankthetank), and let them all know that my current situation has me unable to put forth the much needed attention to the WGMS that it needs. (mikemikemike's most recent post is an example of such, although not entirely helpful, his post does hold water.)

Not only that, but my tank has/is going to the sh!ts and I don't know how much longer it will remain active. As some of you may have already noticed, I have started to clear off my frag rack, with more from the tank to come soon.

I have been exceedingly busy with my own personal issues, which has lead me to neglect the WGMS and not give it all the attention it deserves.

I really wanted to make it work. There have been LOTS, and I mean LOTS of PM's between the council members on NUMEROUS occasions about what we're doing next in regards to meet ideas, locations, etc.

Josh at the beginning of February even went out and bought the ingredients to have our frag plug meet, to make plugs before we did our group buy in to a handful of colonies.

Josh, JMANCANADIAN will be taking the reigns for the time being, if not indefinitely. Should I by some miracle be able to salvage my tank, or start a more successful new one, I would be more than happy to put more effort in to the WGMS on a more personal level.

I have a LOT of info from behind the scenes that I will be giving Josh regarding things like our hopeful Hagen sponsorship that I have been working on, among other things.

Thank you to all who helped me along the way, it will definitely not go unnoticed.

Shane

Sorry to hear about it.

I was just considering joining as the "get new posts" function directed me to mikemikemike's (hypocrite/king of fallow promises) post complaining about meeting up. Didn't know WGMS even existed prior to that. I hope this change in regime rejuvenates the club with an increase in the frequency of events, could be pretty enjoyable. Hope to see you at a meet in the future.
