I have 4 aluminum reflectors for sale. They are 8 ft long x 14" wide and are 6" deep so they can easily be spread open to about 20" wide. They are very reflective. They are fairly similar to a spider type reflector in appearance but are not. They are an industrial reflector I believe they are intended for infared heating applications but would be excellent as an lighting refector. I cannot quarantee that they are made of anodized aluminum though. I am asking $75.00/8 footer and being in Sudbury I don't think it would be economical to ship. Sorry I do not have a photo yet but will try to get one.
Please feel free to PM me or email me at dstarling@on.aibn.com
Would condider trade for quality skimmer, kalk reactor, calcium reactor or RO/DI unit.
Thanks Dave

3 reflectors left. They really are very nice and being aluminum they disperse heat very fast

Dave the price is good but the Sudbury thing and costly shipping is not so good....

Yeh I know. Their not heavy but they are huge so they would be pricey to ship. If by chance you could live with them only being 4 ft long or 6' and 2' I could consider bringing them down.
Thanks for the interest

Sorry for the delayed response. According to the Canada Post calculator it would be about $30 to ship a four footer to Montreal and the same to Orangeville. Sorry but if I start shipping one 4 foot piece at a time it is going to be a little more hassle than I need. If some one would like all them I would consider it. It is still $30 to ship all of them as it is the size that is the killer, not the weight.
Thanks again for the replies

I thinkYou mention that these are for heating purpose
Is it possible that these might inject more heat into the water than a regular reflector ?

No I don't think so. They are designed to reflect heat down which is the same physics as reflecting light down. The heat from the bulbs is carried away in the air flow from the fans. By reflecting the heat downward it has the added benefit of keeping the reflector itself and the back of the reflector cool, I have a couple of small reflectors over my MH made of the same material and the back of the reflector is actually cool to the touch.
