use of melafix

I was recently talking to my brother who has a 25 gallon freshwater tank and he swears by using melafix during every water change.
I check this product out and it seems to be a natural product.
Any views on this.

I wouldn't use it every water change but, I do promote it! I Think its a great product that helps heal minute fungal infections as well as cuts scrapes and other type of skin obrasion.

I also used it on early signs of pop eye! Not sure if helped but it did go away... (Probably fish's amune system kicking in)

It is made from malaluca leaves or something, Its like vix typa stuff! I used it on my lip and it helped heal my cut! lol
