I have something that has been eating frags and small fishes for a while now. I once saw a very similar looking crab about 2 inches in size, like yours and have never been able to catch him. When I dismantle the tank, I'm going to finally catch the culprit, cook him in a hot wok with ginger, green onion with a dash of hoisin sauce:D

LOL, exactly my thoughts when I caught the same looking crab in my tank.
I noticed it with a batch of LR I got recently. Ended up taking everything single piece of LR out of the tank and inspecting it carefully. After finally taking the last piece out of the tank, there it was sitting in the corner.
Put him in a critter cage in the sump and curse at it every time I see it for making me go through 3 hours of trouble.
