I got this SPS not too long ago, And Im not sure as to exactly what it is and what its growth pattern is.
To me it looks like it should keep groing up like an acro of some sort BUT im not posative and would like some clarification!

its deep Purple with a Blue seen and Green Polyps. It is grown over a rock and has large base coverage over the rock.

It looks like it has little 'boobs' sticking up out of the base, so I guess its not encrusting. I thought it sorta looked like someone Fragged there mother colony and then traded it into BA's and then it started to grow again. BUT I doubt that actually happend ;) lol.

These last 2 shots showed the color pretty well... Better in person! and I didn't color edit the pictures at all~!i!i!i!i~

SO any idea's yet? is it encrusting or?
Just wanna know what I got! lol, I will love it either way!

Where did you get that cute guy from. I would like to have a frag or a colony of it. Nice piece, you are lucky.

Not as lucky as you think! It started to bleach from bottom up at my buddy's place. (holding due to being eaton by citron goby/Goby now gone) I broght it back to mine to try and save my poor guy but he aint stopping! I will have him fragged completely if this keeps up!

Oh No!! Let's hope the frags pull through. It always sucks when someone houses something for you and it starts to croak. It's hard on both parties...

Yea I know, If I frag it and they all do well I will sell the other frags for 25$ per frag. (one head/branch) As there isn't much left and its appearently kinda RARE lol...

If someone can sell me a new one I would buy it!
