Is this a pod? It looks like a tiny flat worm. It moves pretty quickly and turns by doubling back on itself. It seems to chase copepods. I wish I could get a video of it, but it is far too small for my video camera to capture.

Any ideas?

As you indicated - it's a typical flatworm (Amphiscolops sp.).

Thanks for the links.

Are they food for anything?

Nothing really that would be suitable in a 12G tank.

Mandarin Dragonettes, Leopard Wrasses, Sixline Wrasses, and various other wrasses (especially within the Pseudocheilinus family) will generally eat them.

Many other fish may pick at them - including Damsels.

They are a typical part of the ecosystem - and are nothing to worry about.
