I had few free minutes and was playing around with photoshop and ended up with a funky logo on pic of my prize yellow fiji coral. We need to have some form of an identity so let's see everyone else throw in some thoughts, ideas and examples of WGMS logos.:bravo:

Very nice work Nick! I know there is a logo in progress and would like to see what's in progress looks like. I'm a little bit busy myself but will try and submit my artwork by this weekend.

Very nice! I love the Toronto skyline and the coral reef silhouette.
Maybe at the next meeting I'll print everything and display them so we all can see how creative we are. I'm sure there are a few more members with great designs as well.

Yes, I have been working on NUMEROUS logo's for quite some time now. We have been passing them by a few of us, for opinions, etc.

But now having seen this thread, an idea came to mind.

Would you guys much rather I continue to making the logo(s), or should we have a contest of sorts, where ppl can enter in a logo design of their own? And we vote on a winner.

I'll admit, the logo making has slowed a little lately, been busy trying to get the WGMS website stuff ready.

I haven't brought up the contest idea yet with Juiceworkld, JMANCANADIAN, or Szymek yet.

EDIT: Talking to the boys about a possible logo contest. One thing about this idea though, is it might have to wait until the website is up, so you can see the layout and colours of the site. To know how to make your logo. It would suck to have a blue and white site, and someone submit a neon green logo or something. Know what I mean?

very cool, I like the idea of having different members come up with the logo design, then have a vote at one of the meetings. I may also dable in some photoshop art work to add to the selection.
