No, this is not a for-sale thread.

Recently one of the oldest tank in the Toronto area was taken down and it had been running continuously for 19 years or so.

One of the oldest inhabitant are a pair of tomato clowns that are at least 19 years old - HIM and HERRR. They were purchased as a mated pair prior this, so that can easily add another 5-7 yrs on top.

They had 121 spawns in their time in aquarium and they were purchased the same size. The female has since grown to 7" long.

:hurray::hurray:Attached is a video of the pair settling down in our clownfish village.:clap:

The gigantea carpet anemone is actually a foot in diameter but it looked really small in comparison. Feel free to click on it and watch in youtube with HD.

That is awesome Hubert!!! at least that pair ended up in good hands!!!!!!!

At the last meeting I believe Bob mentioned that the female is starting to go blind a little bit.. is it of old age???? Do you have any idea what is the longest lived clownfish!!!!!

Anyways... i'm happy that a pair like that ended up in your hands!!!!!!! :-)

Definitley they will be well taken care of with you Hubert. Thanks for the video as that is awesome. As a side note, why was the tank finally taken apart and any other cool inhabitants that people managed to get from it?

Read on RC that somebody has a 25 yrs old one a few years ago, not sure if it is still living. Another breeding operation had one that were 23 years old.
