Well I picked up a pair of H.Barb's from Aaron the other day....It went into my newly started(2 months) 20H seahorse tank.
The seahorses are looking great...
Boy are they ever slow eater...I fed them PE mysis shrimps, and they barely ate 2 shrimps each....Is that enough for them?
I was thinking of adding some shrimp(maybe cleaner, peppermint, or blood) to my tank to help eat the leftovers. But the SH are so slow, would be shrimps eat all the food before they get to it?

Can't say enough about Aaron's SH....they are a must for those looking for captive breds.....started eating right away.

Here are some pictures.....Sorry for the poor quality...I really suck at digital photography.....Suggestions welcome..hahaha

My girlfriend has named the pair..Jelly & belly...hahaha

Here is the female (Jelly)

Thanks for the kind word about my ponies. Cleaner and Blood shrimp work well with them, as do small hermits. One great tip is using a feeding bowl. You can actually train the horses to feed out of the bowl. Your c"horses will get to know you and come to the tank when they see you. The recognize the bowl as food. 2-3 mysis is good, mysis is very high in fat. I would suggest a bit of vitamin now and then. Kent Zoe is awesome.

What do you think about feeding live baby molly's/livebearer feeders and ghost shrimp? They any good?

Those are both great, but why feed live food when Captive bred horses will eat frozen. If you use to much live food, they may began to refuse your frozen menu. Live food should only be a very rare treat. They pick pods ect off the live rock, as well.
