spaghetti worm?

Hi all, I'm relatively new to this hobby... my tank was set up in July. Tank cycled fine... had an ich problem last month... but things seem to be going well now. Just noticed this long white stringy thing attached to a shell on the bottom of the tank that I didn't see before... From searching around, I'm guessing its a spaghetti worm... but I am not sure? Can anyone verify this? Thanks!
