i have an eclipse 3 hood w/ 2- 24inch 18 watt lites........i would like to buy an electronic ballast to run them at 36 watts each.....would the advantage ballast from home depot be ok to use....i think its really for the bigger lites but says it runs (4) 17 watt lites also.....ive scene the idea in another thread , but they werent really talking about the shorter lites, just the longer ones....thanks to all.....steve
