Does anyone have access too or have one of these pills. It seems that i still have a few of these redbugs so I'm quarantining a couple of my corals and doing a treatment if i can get one of these pills.

You need to get that from a vet, right?
If so, I can ask my sister who is a vet... although, she lives in waterloo and I wasn't planning on heading that way for a while yet.

That would be awesome if she was able to do so. Do u think she would mail it to me/U.
I would pay her of course for her efforts.
Unfortunatley redbugs can only be eliminated with this pill. I have read and read and there is no other alternative. It really isn't a big deal as long as you put your corals seperate from your DT as the pill will kill all your pods and possible your inverts but the fish and corals will net be effected.

I will ask her and get back to you. She is not entirely "pracitsing" right now, as she has returned to school to specialize in veterinary ophthamology, however, she might still be able to get them.
How many will you need?
I'll let you know what she says.

Hi Chad,
I heard back from my sister. She said that unfortunately, she cannot sell the pill to someone without a vet-client relationship, as she could possibly lose her license, especially if something went wrong.
She suggested that you try a local vet in the area with whom you could interact directly. You could try the yellow pages and see if there is a vet who mentions a specialty in exotics.
If that doesn't work, she suggested you call the Ontario Veterinary College (at U of Guelph), and ask to speak with one of the exotic vets there, and they should be able to direct you with what to do.
Failing that, she mentioned that it may be possible to find it online, as most animal medications in the states are not regulated. This way, you could possibly get a hold of it without a vet prescription.
Lemme know if theres anything else I can do.
Good Luck!

Hey Chad, I have some interceptor pills from a few years ago. I will have to try and find them as everything went into storage until we move at the end of the month. I will try to find them and let you know. Depending on the size of your QT you likely wouldn't need more than a 1/4 of a pill. I think I used a 1/4 of a pill for a 35 gallon QT.
