I am finding alot of these on the rocks they are about 1/2 cm in lengt round look to be hollow with fingers on the outside edge, they are almost translucent looking ( milky white ) I have lots of em starting any help would be great...

They are what is called "Sea Squirts". They are perfectly fine, and part of any marine tank.

I also have many of these.. They sorta look like cacoons.
They are perfectly normal

Just remembered.. They are called pineapple sponges. If you have too many of them they are a sign of too much nutrients in your system.. Other then that they are harmless.
