Where 2 buy a Workhors 7, Endcaps and Lights on a Sunday?

Where can I go on a Sunday to pick up some Endcaps, a Workhorse 7 Ballast and some 48" VHO bulbs? Preferably URI Super Actinic and Actinic White bulbs..

I've got a spare Workhorse 7, never used. It cost me $50 + taxes.

I sell it to you for $60 to cover the postage from Ottawa.

I have access to these WH7 and sell them for $50... actually I think PT got his workhorse from me lol.
