Is this a bristle worm

Hi,
I've seen bristle worms in my tanks that are red in colour.
I just found this worm (there are lots of them in my 3 gal pico)
Good or Bad?
Should I keep them?

honestly, unless your animals have signs of attacks i would leave them alone. they can be a good clean up crew!

Small bristle worms are great detritus eaters, it is when they get larger, greater than 3 inches in length, that you would need to be concerned.

But you know, that pic doesn't really look like a bristle worm, they are reddish in colour and flat bristles on both sides.
