I thought I would share a few pics I just took of my tank and new clams.

Lawnmower Blennie

This fish is so cool. Quite the personality too.

Amazing to think that just 6 months ago this frag was the size of a penny.

It's not very often I get to see this critter, it's usually pretty shy until the lights go out.

This is my first clam I bought at ORG. Beautiful specimen. This pic doesn't really do it justice.

This one I just picked up Big Als. They got a really good price on a large shipment of these guys and were selling them at a pretty good price. It's approx. 5"- 6" in length. It's not fully open yet as I just put it in the tank.

I picked this one up last week from Aaron at Seanic Aquarium. Beautiful fish and now that my Carpet Anemones are gone I should be able to keep this one around. The last two I got ended being eaten by the CAs.

Thanks. I still have a bit of hair algae left but no where near what I had before. The addition of 4 Tuxedo urchins, a Lawnmower Blennie, and some additional snails and Blue Legs have helped keep the algae in check so far. Mind you I did do two marathon rock scrubbing sessions as well.

That acro frag is doing great so far. Just waiting for it to adhere itself to the rock I have it mounted in.

Thanks John. I'm running 3 MH's, all Iwasaki. A 250, 400, and a 250. They're set up to come on in sequence to simulate sunrise and then they shut down in reverse to simulate sunset. I too also love the Hippos but unfortunately the first two I bought were eaten by my Green Carpet Anemones. So far so good with this one now that the GCAs are gone. And the best part is it's getting along just fine with my Yellow Tang and Yellow-eyed Tang.

HTH,
Kev
