:iagree: Sure looks like some kind of Flasher Wrasse but it would be nice if you could get a pic with his fins spread out. Try putting a mirror up to the tank and see if you can get a pic of that. If he sees himself he should flare his fins out.

I am leaning towards Halichoeres hartzfeldii (Hardzfeld's wrasse) or darn close.
