M'Kay so you have all heard about my wee tank. Today Ray was in and brought me a beautiful little addition. So I thought it was time for me to show my growing concern :bwink: Not to mention I have just added some wonderful new lights. Sorry if things are slightly blurry or shaky.. its hard to be still when the kids are over your shoulder directing you and the dogs underneath you trying to eat the kids!
Ok so here they are... be kind

That one *points up* is for Ray

And that is the Full Frontal...
I'm working on the spouse for a new camera....but my birthday isn't until February and I just got new kitchen appliances, sigh at least I don't have to pay my kids to wash dishes anymore. :bwink:

Thanks Guys!
Ray brought me the torch frag yesterday, still not totally sure where it will live yet. It seems pretty happy in that corner of the tank. And Yea I love the lights. Things just look happier.

Looking good. Because of the sweepers in the corner surrounded by shrooms may be a good idea. Have you invested in a tripod yet? It'll really help with the macro shots.

I have a tripod just not for the camera I'm currently using.. my 'real' camera is an old school Canon, n' yes I mean real rolls of film old school. But yes I need to find a nice stable spot and childless moment for some decent shots.

I like your tank, Jenn. Good work! Hey, your pics are just fine & considering the obstacle course, probably a great testamony to your agility & wonderful sense of balance.:jam:

Yes, I agree as well nice job. The torch looks great, medium to high in the tank low to medium flow. You will notice and judge by expansion. I would forget the camara for your Birthday and go for "the bigger tank would be really nice honey" maybe your husband would go for that... you have the bug and the underwater green thumb. I'm Feb 16 what day are you? mike

Thanks Donna, my house usually is a bit of a zoo. 'Specially now that there are tanks in every room!
Mike I've already got the 65 lined up....just waiting for the current owner to finish the setup of their 150. Sigh...one day I'll have one of those too! My birthdays the 1st go Aquarius go!! The torch is loving his little spot he's already spread out and started to show his true size!

Tank looks great Jenn!:bravo: The anticipation of waiting for a bigger tank to arrive is a killer. If the future 65 will look anything like the 20, your 65 will be a killer tank.

Thanks alot guys, I'm proud of it. I actually thought about starting a second small one with my spare 29. I've got most of the things I need and it will give me a chance to get more fish!!! Seeing all the wrasses at work definately made me wish for more fish space. Who knows... I think I can fit another tank in the livingroom who needs a T.V?? lol:bwink:
Oh ... on a totally random note I've got a question for you all, how exactly do I get my replies to count as a post? I'm sure I'm higher than 2 posts... I've got to have 3 at least :D

Hey Jenn for your posts to count you must post in the regular forums. MACL's forum does not count.

ahahaha my mother never mentioned anything.... I was the cute little girl on the bus talking and singing to random people ... some of them actually gave me quarters as they got off the bus. Something about my 'magnetic' personality I guess :bsmile:

Honestly Shane I hadn't really thought about it. I'm a woman (no offense to other women) I tend to just buy what I like. I try not to be defined by labels sps/lps ... if I have to work harder to have both I probably will. I saw some awesome acros today but then I was looking at some nice blue mushrooms too. Like most other women I really do want the best of both worlds.

Typical
haha,
well what ever way you end up Im sure it will be great. You definitely have good support behind ya with the club, your work, and the other local shops. I hope you get wicked deals from your work as well. Have they let you start building another tank there again yet since your old gem is gone?

Unfortunately I haven't been given a new salt tank at work. I have tried a few times to get one tho (personally I want the corner tank) I do miss my 14 tho for sure! The current owner of it does stop in from time to time and I ask about it. Apparently it's doing well and now has a little lemon goby in it. Maybe tonight I'll try to talk them into letting me have set something up. An 8g would be fun. :D
