Kudos to Reef Raft and Where's the Reef.

Just wanted to give a nod to both of these stores for having great service.

My wife and son made a day trip to the area on Saturday, and were treated especially well at both of these stores.

Got some good deals, and BOTH places actually steered me away from coral i was interested in, but that they thought weren't in tip top shape. I didn't see the problem (due to inexperience) until it was pointed out. Very nice to see retailers who care about customer satisfaction.

I actually have yet to experience, as both times i have made the four hour trip to see them specifically the stores have been empty with "Be BAck at..." signs.

I am hoping this will not happen the next time i make the trek out to see them, as we are in limited supply of good reefing stores here in windsor. As well, i have heard nothing but good thigns about both these stores.

Gerwen, How are you getting the water to your sump in your Biocube 14? And do you have any pics showing your tank and sump?

I'm using a siphon overflow, based on the design here:

Works well, and restarts siphon after the pump is shut off. I don't trust it however, and will drill the tank once i get my in wall setup running and can drain the cube.

If i can remember, i'll snap a few pics and get them up.

To tell the truth I found this with every sponsor on here that I have dealt with. They have always given good advice and treated me and my wife like we were their best customers. I have been to RR, WTR, ORG, NAFB and Coralscaping. Dene at Coralscaping even took time from his bsy schedule to give myself and another reefer the royal tour of his facility showing us all the projects he has on the go.
