I placed an ad with the highlight option (solaris LED light) but I don't see it highlighted anywhere.. ??

I'm I looking at the right place? :P

Seems you didn't have it highlighted when you created the ad but rather clicked highlight (as well as bold and italic) when you edited the ad. The only way to have this option(s) is during the creation of the ad, and only after the option(s) has been paid for will the ad be displayed.

If you wish to have the option(s) you could deleted the old ad, recreate the ad with the option(s) you would like, and then pay for the ad.

Yes I did edit it and added the highlight and stuff. But it then asked me to pay the 3$ which I did.
