I pick up this anemone at WTR but Ryan wasn't sure what type it was. He mentioned that it didn't move around much and since it's been in my tank it hasn't moved off it's rock.

It appears to be a "Sand Anemone" or "Oulactis muscosa".
any one else think something different?

After looking at some other web sites, I don't think it's a Manjano. It doesn't have the same type of oral disk or tenticles.

I'm not sure that it is a sand anemone because the pictures that I can find of one has long tenticles. The tenticles on the one that I have are only about 1-2mm long.
But saying that, it looks like a Western Sand Anemone "Oulactis macmurrichi"

In that case, would I be better off moving it down to the sand base as it may be happier there? I've been feeding it mysis shrimp and cyclo-eeze about twice a week and it seems to have grown a little.
