i know its easy to make...but, the TO hardwares are useless..they dont have the size i need.

1 1/4" sounds like an odd size to me. Are you sure it is not 1"?

1" ID (Inside Diameter) vs 1¼" OD (Outside Diameter)


Physically take the bulkhead along with the durso / stockman instructions/parts list with you to JJ Downs and this way you can 100% be sure that you've got all the right parts, and that it will 100% work.

As I've said before - a 1" drain can be a risk due to snails, etc. plugging it. I prefer to always use 1½" ID for this - as you don't have to worry about snails.
