Hey Guys,

Good meeting everyone at the last meeting. As promised, albeit late, here are some pics of my tank and some livestock. If you look closely you'll notice some of that special rock I put in my tank ;)

I like the special rock...that stuff sure does the trick, and at a fraction of the cost haha

very nice! is that a sea cucumber in the middle of pic 3? whatever it is it looks cool.

yea that tank looks way bigger then it really is.. wow great tank for only being up for 4 months.. keep up the hard work!

Thanks for the comments everyone. My next move is a 5gal drilled fuge, hopefully in the next week (whenever I get my pump).

Yup, thats a pink cucumber. It's a filter feeder so it works with my setup as I have crush coral for a substrate.

Maximum Size: the Nemateleotris magnifica grows up to 3 inches.
General Size Specifications: These fish generally will come to you 2 - 4 inches.
Minimum Tank Size: The Firefish Goby prefers a tank of at least 20 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.
Diet: The Nemateleotris magnifica is a carnivore and likes to eat brine & mysid shrimp and other meaty treats (a few times/day).
Level of Care: The Firefish Goby is a low maintenance fish.
Behavior: The Firefish Goby may act peacefully toward other fish.
Hardiness: This is a hardy fish.
Breeding: Able to breed.
Water Conditions: Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F).
Range: Indo-Pacific.
General Notes: The Firefish goby is slightly timid but will become bolder with time. Likes plenty of places to hide and is suitable for most reef settings. Will fight with it's own genus and tends to jump.
