Red slime algae??

I've been looking at lots of pics and I'm having a hard time determining if I have some red slime algae. Here is a picture of it. Please help identify it and let me know how to get rid of it.

PH: 8.3
ammonia: 0 ppm
nitrite: 0 ppm
nitrate: 0 ppm
phosphate: 0 ppm
kh: 125 ppm
temp: 79 f

Yes it is Cyano / Cyanobacteria .
