I just visited one of the AP sponsers and had an absolute horrible experience. Sales help was horrible. It was do it yourself catch and bag fish. Not to mention the dead fish floating in most of their tanks. The individual who sold me a clam handled it roughly when removing it from their tank and the foot fell off as I found it in the bag when I arrived home. Just ridiculous and I am never to shop their again. I should have just bought it from the sponsers I have visited that have been absolutely excellent.

I would love to outright name them but maybe I am the only one who had a poor experience.

I searched for clam and foot postings and found that they may or may not survive other than wait and see?

what do you meant by "foot felt off"?

Have you try to talk to them? Maybe they will give you a discount for your poor experience.

Usually I prefer (more than glad) to select, catch and bag (provided your hands are clean) my own selection of fish and corals. No biggie...less stress for the LFS and myself...JMHO :pompom:

Please SPEAK directly to the company before any further public complaints occur.

They all have phones + PM's + email - and I'm sure would WANT to hear about your experience - which would give them the chance to rectify the situation.

If after you attempted this route; you had poor service from the management - I could see you posting about it into the CORRECT FORUM (this is not 'reef discussion' - it's specific to the vendor who has a forum for complaints and questions).
