Lowering pH

My pH is constant at 8.50. Should I leave it? How can I lower the value to 8.3...

Use Ro water and do some water changes. !

What kind of water are you using your tap water could be whats causing it.. test your tap water if thats what you are using.. but your best to get some ROdI water and do some waterchanges, like 10% every 3 days till you get it down.

What are you using to check ph?
I thought mine was high aswell, but it turned out that the meter was out of calibration.
