There are hard calcium growths under these mushrooms i have never seen anything come out of the hles but they are growing in size with the hard shell. Any idea what they are? Second set is a looks like a small enome (never said i could spell) has clear, opaque tenticles with green balls on the tips came out when the light bulbs got changed.

#1 = Sponge of some kind
#2 = Either - Aiptasia / Majano or Pseudocorynactis spp (http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/oct2002/invert.htm) Anemone
(Hard to tell without a close-up macro shot)
All of which would not be something that you want - and can become a problem. Do look into each of the above mentioned - and figure out which it would be to determine the appropriate action(s) to take.

could be a cup coral also (would have a hard skeleton) the cup corals and Pseudocorynactis spp (http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/oct2002/invert.htm) look very similar.

I suspect you have the same thing I have... I've attached a slightly better (but not much) picture. My LFS superstar advised me to kill it, whatever it is... I'd prefer to know what everything growing in my tank is, and like the identifiable surprises. Since no one has been able to identify THIS yet, I don't want it.
only problem with mine is - I lost track of it since I rearranged my rock!
Here is my "please identify me..." post.

your is also a cup coral or Pseudocorynactis spp (http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/oct2002/invert.htm) i suspect yours is a cup coral since it hides in a "tube" or skeleton.
heres the fish eating anemones i have in my aquarium. Pseudocorynactis arent so troublesome when thier small, but they will become a problem when they are larger.

The yellow creatures growing under or alongside your mushrooms are definitely sponges. The holes you see are called Osculum which are main water vents for expelling water that has passed through the sponge tissue. Due to the fact that they are growing along with the mushrooms would indicate that they are a low light sponge. Personally, I would leave them alone. There is alot of paranoia about the toxicity of sponges, so much so that the benefits of sponges are forgotten. Sponges expell clean clear nutrient free water and are beautiful animal filters. A dye off of a small sponge will have little to no effect on medium/larger aquariums. So toxicity levels should be considered on a proportionate scale or ratio to water level and not on the sponge itself. IMO a healthy reef tank should have several colonies of small sponges throughout the ecosystem. The chances that every sponge on every colony throughout a reef tank will all die at once probably equals the fact that everything is dying anyway.
Personally I would leave those sponges right where they are, it is common to see mushrooms and sponges colonizing together, if the mushroom doesn't like the sponge it'll get up and move.
