My 1500 is only a couple of months old and regardless of being cleaned down to as far as we can go - it still is very loud. It only began a couple of weeks ago. It is loud enough that it vibrates the floor and can be heard through the ceiling in the basement. It has nothing to do with touching part of the tank because it still makes noise when lifted away from everything.
Any suggestions? Is this normal - our 820 that we bought used is good and has been used for a couple of months more - no sounds out of that one at all and it is in the same tank.
