have you resiliconed a tank before ,,what type did you use,,and ware can i get some thank you for your help

you can get it at home depot or canadian tire or wal-mart etc etc etc

Just make sure that it is 100% silicone with nothing else in the way of anti mildew things in it. I think that GE silcone 1 is OK.. but you will have to check

You will also have to rip all the old Silicone out of the tank? Most silicones will not stick to each other once dried.. i and many other have had thse issues.. of leaks afer resealing.. if its already leaking you may have to go and strip it out and redo it.

thanks for your help,,yes i'm going to remove the old silicone first,,,i will try the ge stuff thanks again
